Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. In the event of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer, and we will notify you promptly if delays occur.

Shipping Methods
Fai Rhythmz partners with reliable courier and logistics companies to ensure secure and timely delivery. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details (where applicable) to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Cash on Delivery Orders
As we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method, please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order upon delivery. Orders may not be handed over unless payment is completed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable) and a link to track the status of your delivery. Tracking updates depend on the courier’s system and may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing an order. Fai Rhythmz is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
