Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain products such as headphones, microphones, or any items with hygiene or safety seals cannot be returned once opened, unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting [email protected] with photos or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund within 7 business days.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting images (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Time Frame
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method or as store credit if preferred.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used audio equipment

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Customized or special-order products

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Late or Missing Refunds
